Located just outside the UNESCO world heritage site of Guimarães, this historic winery features elegantly decorated boutique rooms. Casa de Sezim offers guided tours and tastings in the wine cellars. The Minho is a region of great natural and artistic beauty as well as being one of both historic and prehistoric interest. Guimarães is linked to Oporto and the Dr. Francisco Sá Carneiro airport by motorway. It is within easy reach of the city of Braga, the national park of Peneda , and the seaside resorts of Vila do Conde and Póvoa de Varzim, the latter being served by a modern links golf course.
